All investment properties are managed from our main office in
conjunction with the resident managers who have limited duties
maintaining the property!
Marling Management has a staff of six independent contractors
who handle painting, electrical, plumbing, carpeting and
carpentry. These contractors rely on Marling Management for a
substantial portion of their income, and therefore work below
market rates on Marling properties to assure their base
incomes.
Marling Management maintained a 96% occupancy in all buildings
for the last 4 years. It is our overall management philosophy
that it is much easier and more profitable to treat a tenant
like a client and sign a renewal lease than it is to
rehabilitate an apartment for a new renter.
